State Liquor Authority allows alcohol delivery during NYC mandatory shutdown of Restaurants and BarsGovernor Andrew Cuomo’s Announcement – NYC Bar and Restaurant Mandatory
Shutdown

• Originally scheduled for 9am Tuesday, timeline for restaurant/bar closure has been moved up to 8pm Tonight, Monday March 16th

• All NYC restaurants and bars, are limited to take out and delivery ONLY,

• All nightclubs, movie theaters, small theatre houses and concert venues are required to close down

• Grocery Stores can stay open

The State Liquor Authority and Governor Cuomo announced the following rules, that will apply temporarily during the mandated Restaurant and Bar Shutdown

• Establishments with liquor licenses will be allowed to deliver alcohol

• Establishments with liquor licenses will be allowed to sell alcohol to customers for takeout
